- By tagging FOZBALL or submitting photos, you grant FOZBALL permission to repost and use the content for promotional purposes
- Due to hygiene reasons, caps cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival. Items must be unworn and reported within 7 days of delivery
- Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays and demand
- Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout. FOZBALL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks may be disputed using shipping confirmations, tracking information, and customer communication records

Due to hygiene reasons, caps cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect sizing preferences, or general wear.
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only offered if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the product ordered.
To request a return or refund, customers must contact FOZBALL within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the fault or damage
- Order details
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
FOZBALL reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the product shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
If a refund or replacement is approved, the item may need to be returned before the refund is processed. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
FOZBALL is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels once they have been handed to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
